When we use a high-power DC power supply, we should pay attention to the polarity of the DC voltage. If we need to let him output a positive voltage, we must connect the '-' end of the electrical equipment to the '-' end of the terminal' to the positive voltage end. If you need to output a negative voltage, you only need to put the wiring method off and connect it. Before use, first measure whether the power supply is qualified to avoid damage to the equipment during use. In order to ensure the normal use of electrical equipment, it is necessary to test the regulated power supply to make it work stably and reliably.
Of course, there will be some small problems in the process of our use, so I have sorted out some operation steps for the maintenance of high-power DC power supply
(1) Measure the output voltage after rectification
In each DC regulated power supply will have a group or two groups of rectified output voltage, but these rectified output voltage is not normal, then the regulated power supply
There will be a variety of failures, so when we encounter equipment failure, we must first measure whether the rectified output voltage of the relevant device is normal.
(2) Check each working point of the circuit
When we put the rectified output voltage and electronic devices are normal, then we should further check the various operating points in the circuit, where the transistor must have a certain voltage between the collector and the emitter, to meet the requirements, to ensure that the work in the amplification area.
(3) In addition, if the rectifier voltage is stable and the output voltage is not normal, check the components in the circuit, test the integrity of the amplifier tube and the adjustment tube. If it is found to be abnormal, it should be replaced in time.
(4) If the instrument fails, check whether there is obvious damage in the chassis. Check whether the transformer has a burnt smell or moldy situation.
