Seven Important Components of DC Power

(1) Rectifier module system: The power rectifier module is the module that converts alternating current into direct current, usually according to the size of the current. It can be used in parallel with multiple modules. The module itself has perfect protection functions, such as input overvoltage protection, output overvoltage protection, output current limiting protection and output short circuit protection.

(2) Monitoring system: The monitoring system is the management core that monitors the entire DC power supply. Its function is to monitor various components in the DC power supply and monitor the storage battery. While it monitors, it will detect the current data parameters to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment. The current monitoring system is divided into two types, one is the key type and the other is the touch type.

(3) Insulation detection unit: Its main function is to detect the ground leakage resistance of the line in real time. This value can be set by itself. If this value exceeds the set value, an alarm will be issued. Now the insulation detection unit includes bus insulation monitoring and branch insulation monitoring.

(4) Battery inspection unit: Its main function is to inspect the voltage of the battery. It can detect the voltage of each battery and monitor the situation of the battery. When it is too low or too high, an alarm will be issued.

(5) Switching value detection unit: on-line detection of switches and equipment for output of police stem nodes. If tripping or failure occurs during use, the detection unit will give an alarm. Currently, 1-108 switching values and multiple passive stem node alarm outputs are used in the equipment.

(6) Step-down unit: Step-down voltage regulator unit. When the voltage of the joint bus changes, the step-down unit will automatically adjust to ensure the stability of the output voltage. The step-down unit is also set by the size of the output current.. There are two kinds of step-down units, one is a step-down silicon chain, and the other is an infinite step-down chopper.

(7) Power distribution unit: The power distribution unit is mainly used to realize the functions of AC input, DC output, voltage display and current display.

Principle and precautions of programmable DC power supply

Programmable DC power supply has two programming methods, one is active, the other is passive. The passive programming algorithm is to change the reaction resistance and the input resistance to change the output value. The active programming algorithm is to change the output value of the reference voltage and the current of the reference. Secondly, there is the programming speed of the power supply. Waveform characteristics of DC regulated power supply

In the DC voltage regulator circuit, the waveform of the output voltage is mainly manifested in two aspects: ripple and noise. Ripple refers to the periodic fluctuation of the output voltage, which is caused by the AC component of the power supply current. In the circuit, the magnitude of the ripple is related to the capacitance value of the capacitor filter and the load current. The smaller the capacitance value, the greater the load current and the greater the ripple. Noise refers to the output voltage of high-frequency random fluctuations, usually by the components of their own noise and power supply current in the high-frequency components caused. In the DC voltage regulator circuit, the size of the noise is related to the phase noise of the components and the quality of the power supply current.
